Defined by two extended walls and an entry courtyard, the house is conceived as a composition of two unequal rectangles that divide the site into distinct living and private zones. Designed as a gathering space for family and friends, the dining and living areas are oriented towards expansive valley views, while the bedrooms and services occupy the more secluded rear portion. Strong linear walls establish privacy, enclosure, and connection, while pavilion-like volumes soften the composition and appear to float within the landscape. Carefully framed views, a generous deck, and a rear courtyard create a sequence of indoor and outdoor spaces that enrich the experience of the home.
