Located in Gahunje, at Pune’s western gateway from Mumbai, the site forms part of the Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium precinct. Surrounded by rolling hills and lush landscapes, it offers a serene setting while remaining well connected to the city and major transport routes. The design brief called for a highly visible and vibrant building complex that responds sensitively to its environment. The proposal enhances views to and from the site, while creating a clear and intuitive circulation network that seamlessly integrates with the existing stadium infrastructure, ensuring accessibility, permeability, and ease of movement throughout the development.
