Set within a dense urban fabric, Maheshwari Vidyarthi Bhavan reimagines student housing through a balance of functionality, community, and sustainability. The programme integrates residential accommodation with study areas, dining facilities, administration spaces, and shared amenities that encourage interaction and collective living. The built form is articulated into four distinct volumes, reducing its visual mass and creating a lighter architectural expression. A thoughtfully designed entrance sequence, landscaped lobby, and strategically placed openings maximize natural light and ventilation throughout the building. Clustered student rooms, supported by shared study, pantry, and dining spaces, foster a strong sense of community, well-being, and belonging.
