Anand House is a multilevel residence on the banks of the Godavari, designed with clearly divided public and private spaces. The private areas are vertically stacked to maintain close family connectivity, supported by an internal lift and staircase for easy movement. The formal guest space opens onto a lawn through a cantilevered verandah, while two terraces create personalized outdoor spill-out areas. The stepped massing reduces the visual bulk of the house, and vertical grills, tile cladding, and stucco add texture to the facade.
